Bike-Breakers.Info is a service to supply your
request to many motorcycle breakers, it is not a breaker and does not supply
parts.
Any contact made by breakers to you and any parts purchased is a contract
between you and the breaker.
Bike-Breakers.Info and Coyote Design do not have any responsibility for
the parts you are supplied or the service you are given by the breakers.
Thus if you are supplied with defective parts or the wrong parts it is
an issue between you and the part supplier.
The customer and the supplier (breaker) shall
hold Coyote Design or Bike-Breakers.Info harmless in and from all claims,
liabilities, damages and detriments. The customer irrevocably promise and
agree to hold Coyote Design or Bike-Breakers.Info harmless from and against
all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities,
joint or several, of whatever kind or nature that the client, customer or
supplier may experience as a result of using the services of the Coyote
Design or Bike-Breakers.Info. This includes but is not limited to acts of
god or nature, fires, strikes, floods, riots, power outages, telecommunication
outages, ISP downtime and/or offline time, interfering requirements or regulations
of government, civil or military authority.
Any E-mail addresses ending in "@bike-breakers.info"
such as "breakers@bike-breakers.info" are the sole property of
Coyote Design and must not be used by any third parties. If you use any
E-mail address ending in "@bike-breakers.info" to request parts you will be charged
£15 per e-mail.
If you use any E-mail address ending in "@bike-breakers.info" such as "breakers@bike-breakers.info" as a way of contacting the breakers affiliated to Bike-Breakers.info for your own or you business gain you will be charged £1,000. This applies to all business particularly other part search services
Always ensure you fully understand what you
will be receiving. You may think ordering an engine complete with CDI, carbs,
starter motor, etc. however the breaker maybe supplying a bare engine.
Have
a pen and paper ready to note the name, address and
phone number of the company you order your parts from, as well as the name
of the person you deal with.
Make sure you understand the cost, including VAT and delivery.
